Achieving Good Success, the result of achieving God success, was inspired through our experiences as novice nurse educators in the academic setting and laid the foundation for the Professional Empowered Partnership (PEP) program. We fully recognize that it can be a challenging transition from “being a nurse” to becoming an adept “nurse educator”. As a result, we want to be here to support you with training and resources as you navigate through those evolving moments.
