Devona Fields

MSN, RN, NE-BC, CNEcl

Devona is the CEO/Founder of Achieving Good Success. She obtained her BSN degree from Oklahoma City University in May 1999 and later returned to attain her MSN degree with a focus in nursing education in 2011. Presently, she is also pursuing a dual degree of Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University. She has over 25 years of experience in various clinical settings.  During the last 7 years of being in the acute care setting, she was in the role of a clinical nurse educator and then manager. Her role is currently that of a nurse educator, lecturer, and simulation program coordinator in the university setting. She enjoys reading, spending time with her extraordinary son, and utilizing her “spare” time by working in the community with the homeless population by way of God’s True Treasures, Inc.

Lake Walker

MSN, RN, Medsurg-BC

Lake began her nursing career as a graduate of Delaware Technical Community College in 2005. She went on to advance her education by attending Wilmington University to obtain her BSN in 2014 and an MSN degree with a focus in nursing education in 2016. She has worked in diverse settings over the last twenty years, primarily in the emergency room and medical-surgical departments. Presently, she is an assistant professor at a BSN nursing program and is pursuing a degree in Doctor of Education with a concentration on Educational Leadership in Higher Education. Her teaching philosophy is based on three principles: fostering clinical competence, nurturing empathetic care, and promotion of lifelong learning. She is the mother of three accomplished children, two boys and a girl, and enjoys traveling in her free time. 

Nurse Educator

Ngozi Azuogu

DNP, RN

Dr. Azuogu is an experienced nurse educator who obtained her BSN degree from Saint Xavier University in 2003. She then subsequently returned to the University of Phoenix for her MSN degree with a focus on nursing informatics and a post master’s certification in healthcare education. Following her MSN degree, she acquired her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Wilmington University. Currently, she is the pre-nursing director and assistant professor for a BSN nursing program.  She has extensive hands-on experience in facilitating classroom instruction, along with forming and managing curriculum content. Due to being able to effectively implement teaching strategies and being proficiently skilled in course development, her vast knowledge and expertise in evolving BSN and MSN programs is frequently sought after by faculty peers. In her leisure time, Dr. Azuogu is a travel enthusiast and cherishes spending time with her family.

Healthcare Educator

Sara Tibbett-Wright

DBA, MSM-HCA, RRT

Dr. Tibbett-Wright was born and raised in Delaware. She earned her associate in applied science degree in Respiratory Care in 2003, her Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Health Care Administration degree in 2015, and her Doctor of Business Administration degree in 2021. She has more than 19 years of clinical experience as a registered respiratory therapist and eight years of experience in healthcare leadership.  In addition, Dr. Tibbett-Wright at the present time utilizes her extensive knowledge and skills to educate the community about chronic lung diseases and pulmonary health conditions.
